How We Protect Your Account Under These Terms

Data Handling

Your deposits, withdrawal requests and transaction history are encrypted end-to-end. We do not sell your data. Financial records are stored on secure servers in compliance with where local law permits.

Cookie and Login Security

We use session cookies to keep you logged in on desktop. Mobile app logins use device-level authentication. Log out on shared devices. Activate two-factor verification under Security settings.

Account Closure and Data Removal

Request account closure via live chat. We delete your gaming history after 30 days but keep transaction records for seven years as required by local regulation.

Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a withdrawal denial or charge, open a dispute ticket in your account. We investigate within 5 business days and notify you by email with a decision and next steps.

Your Right to Modify Terms

We notify you 14 days before we change these terms. You can accept the new terms or close your account without penalty. No retroactive changes to your existing account balance.

If you violate account rules — for example, using multiple accounts or attempting to exploit a game feature — we may suspend or close your account. Your balance remains accessible via support request, but no new bets are allowed on that account. We notify you of the breach and the action taken.

We can change our terms, but we give you 14 days' notice by email and inside your account dashboard. You can review the changes and choose to stay or close your account. Existing balances are never forfeited.
